Great food, drove here from Buffalo! I screwed up with giving my order, and I thought I ordered one thing and I actually ordered another. They gave me what I thought I ordered afterward for free! This location has awesome service, and I recommend it.

Been a few times and I have no real distaste with smash Burger. But it's also nothing special either. To me it feels like a glorified McDonald's, with the fries being thin and oily and the burgers being smaller. Many options on the menu, but nothing has ever really excited me. Still good food, worth a try if you like burgers. Just nothing particularly special to me.

Cool place. Solid burger. Fries are amazing when fresh. But overall overpriced.. a burger, a fry, and a side salad was $16. Good food but not worth it.

Satisfied our cravings.. girlfriend wanted a turkey burger so we went to Smashburger.. I had never been, I got the Spicy Jalapeno Baja Burger and she got the same thing but Turkey. Both were amazing and spicy!! Fries were 5/5 stars... service was fast... all around great place for a quick bite

We went here tonight for my sons birthday. We had a party of 5. Our orders came out one at a time, the first one being wrong. By the time that one was fixed and brought back out, at least one person was done just about done eating. I also had ordered smash fries but got regular fries instead. Sending it back seemed pointless. Three of us had shakes, which didn't come out until almost everyone was done with their meals. It seems very disorganized when it comes to expo/boh checking to make sure the right orders are going out. Maybe more than one person should be on expo during a dinner rush, or a manager should help out. Wait times were pretty extreme. Also, there weren't many open tables due to them being dirty. The burgers were excellent though. Altogether, it was a disappointing first experience.
I ordered a strawberry milkshake. It was too expensive. $6.49 for one size which is equivalent to a small fountain drink. It tasted like milk and was thinner than milk. Very disappointed.
