I've heard nothing but great things about this place so I finally gave it a try and it exceeded my expectations! I got the quarter chicken with fries and sweet potatoes as sides. Everything was so good. Will definitely visit again as it was delicious.

Nice little fast Casual restaurant in the cobblestone plaza in the same plaza as TJ Maxx and several other businesses. You can build your own salad or broth bowl or order sandwiches. They have a vegan broth and several options for topping. Gluten free rice noodles, brown rice and quinoa are also available for salads and broth bowls. They also have vegan cheese. I like that you can order a large size build your own with unlimited toppings. I think I would go here over core life any day. They also have carrot dogs but due to not having a gluten free bun option I couldn't sample one. Will definitely be back for healthy lunch. It's right next to the east view mall for convenience!

A friend of mine suggested this place for lunch. It was my first time and hadn't heard of it. The build your own soup or salad option is a good addition to an already great menu. There's a lot of variety and the prices are reasonable. The chicken salad was great, all the ingredients were fresh. The ratio of filling to bread was a little off, I would have liked more filling but I enjoyed the sandwich very much. My friend got a 4 ingredient build your own salad - it's huge! It would definitely be two meals for me. Everything looked fresh. I'm definitely coming back to try other things.

I just ate at The Carrot Company, and I don't know how I feel. I wanted to love it but I don't think I did. But I want to go back. Their menu looks delicious. I got a loaded carrot dog. I've had carrot dogs before so I knew what to expect. These toppings didn't seem to go together, it was just weird. House mustard, fried onions, ketchup, Asian slaw, tomato cucumber salad. It sounds delicious but wasn't. I scraped most of the toppings off. The carrot was cooked perfectly though, soft but not mushy, and a bit caramelized. I got a side of sweet potato hash with it. I'm not sure what was in it besides sweet potatoes. And was hoping for a little crispiness or caramelization but it just tasted like teeny chopped sweet potatoes and sadness. I did bring them home and I might sauté them a bit more. I also got a side of mac salad. It was very good. I picked out the giant pieces of purple onion which might be better minced. My daughter ordered the small make-your-own salad. $9 for 4 toppings, $11 for unlimited choices. I think she got 7453 things on that salad, and she said it was the best salad she's ever had. The only thing she was wanting for it that wasn't available was avocados. We had already paid and purchased water bottles when we saw the craft (I think?) soda flavors at the machine. I didn't realize they had all those flavors. Maybe they need a sign up near the water bottles. (Or maybe I missed it) Long story long - I want to go back and try a few other things.
My mom and I visited today. A very refreshing menu and vegan friendly! The food was extremely fresh and the Mac salad was to die for! I definitely will be returning!

The food is very good, courteous staff and mych more than a salad bar. I had the fallafhal pita and my husband had the rotisserie chicken. The hash was wonderful too. I am glad we skipped the chain restaurant for dinner.
