We dined here last night. My husband ordered blackened fish that had a a sac of something at the end of the piece of fish. The waitress was great, very apologetic. Got us the manager who was a jerk. Very dismissive and rude. Emailed corporate email. Received a generic reply. It’s no mystery why your parking lot is empty while all the other restaurants around are packed on a Friday night. We will NEVER step foot in this establishment again.

Food was absolutely AWFUL. Couldn’t even eat my buffalo wrap it was so greasy and fell apart from the mush that it was. Got a mouth full of oil when i bit into it. Service was okay, a little slow but older lady was super nice and accommodating to the inedible food. Brought home steak and shrimp to my partner and the steak was over cooked and the shrimp was absolutely atrocious.

There was hardly anyone in there and still took an hour for pizza and ten wings. Yikes. Also potato skins are really tiny not worth the cost.

We ordered potato skins as an appetizer. There was a lot of potato, not enough bacon, and they weren't crisp. It was strange too, the potatoes were hot, but the cheese wasn't melted. It wasn't what I was expecting. Not bad, but not great. The wings I had were good, and the wait staff was very good.

Met a friend New Year's Day for lunch, have been prior, it's very similar to the one in Henrietta. Easy in and out for parking, we met at noon, seated right away, waitress was nice, attentive and took our orders promptly. I had the chicken tenders (my usual) my friend had a Reuben, and we shared the pretzel appetizer. Food was fresh, hot and delicious, price for 2 sandwiches and appetizer with drinks was fair. Will definitely be back when in the area, food is good, service and location are great, and price is spot on, thanks for the good meal.

I came here with my Mother in Law and I have been to the other Distillery's around Rochester but this was the first time here. I got the Guinness Burger and she got wings and they were amazing! Now what else was amazing was our waitress. I really with I could remember her name but she did amazing! If she has tattoos of sunflowers and a tree that is her.
