$16 for two cups of puréed ice with a dash of fruit. You could go to the nearest grocery store and buy everything you need and make them yourself for that amount without them being extremely watered down. Not to mention they’ll taste a lot better. Definitely won’t be back. Waste of money.

This is the nicest store I’ve been to all year! , I travel a lot , this was my first time in Rochester NY and the staff here are wonderful , they treat their customers respect . I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends .

Employee dropped alot of things on the Floor. picked them up and continued to server ppls smoothies and food. I asked her to wash her hands, she continued to grab things that touch the fruit and other foods before washing her hands. contaminating all the spoons and the food..... manager was not available to talk to since they where busy. Throw out my smoothie while walking out and will not be back. Your Staff needs food safety and contamination training, they are going to get everyone sick.

Forced tip means automatic never come again and 1 star. People are just doing their jobs, tip can be voluntary but making your machine not work to adjust tip…. No good. Tipping culture is way out of hand.

Kids and I tried this place out tonight and it was delightful and delicious. Workers were super friendly and helped us pick what to try, pricing isn't bad, and we all loved our smoothies. We'll definitely be back again.

1 worker was in the middle of making the 2 smoothies I ordered. There were 3 other workers(including the manager, Keirston) in the back. In the midst of making my order the 1 worker had to put down my half made smoothies to assist with a new customer's order. When the 1 worker came back to finish my order I asked "are you the only one working?". Keisrton overheard my conversation and went on a rampage, ranting how she was in control of her workers and I was not welcomed to enter the store ever again! I left without the smoothies and feel a manager trainer session is necessary for Kiersten, about treating customers(people) with respect.

It was supposed to open at 7 AM today so I ordered online for pickup at 7:15. When I arrived it was clearly still closed and no one was even there to open, let alone serve me. I knocked and hung around for a few minutes but nothing happened. Now I don’t have my smoothie or my 10 dollars.
