Very busy, very fast service. Almost too loud to enjoy yourself. Very little seating or line space.

Went to this cafe in the east view mall yesterday with my husband. It was our first time ever trying this place, all we ordered was two iced lattes. When we ordered the person taking our order said they were out of whole milk so we substituted it for half and half. When we I initially got our coffee they tasted “OK” but quickly noticed they both had a sour bitter taste. Never being there before I that maybe it was the coffee it’s but then realized it must’ve been the half and half because an hour or two after that my husband and I both were getting sick with horrible diarrhea. I don’t recommend any place after we’ve gotten sick especially with dairy. Along with this the whole cafe itself was pretty dirty where people weren’t taking their free moments to clear trash left on the tables and sweep.
I would recommend trying a different cafe in the mall.

Just came to get a sweet treat. The macarons are really delicious and larger than some other places. The cafe was extremely crowded and loud even at an off hour.
Dietary restrictions: They had a few gluten free dessert options.

Quick little stop on our road trip. Service was very good, coffee was fairly good, clean restroom and dining area but a little overcrowded with people. They had handicapped seating available which is great. Got a sandwich, soup and a pastry for a snack and all were decent. Bread was honestly the star of the show for the sandwich and soup both. Paid 45 dollars for 2 people, which is a bit pricey but overall no complaints. Nothing super exciting either - but a worthy stop.

A tale of high hopes and soggy dreams: the lumpy tuna chronicles.
Ordered a tuna sandwich and received what can only be described as ‘bread’s awkward first attempt at hugging tuna.’ The sandwich was lumpy, sad, and tasted like regret. As if that wasn’t enough, they forgot the chips AND the pickle!—two staples of a respectable sandwich experience. To top it off, my wife, who was all set for her toast-tasting extravaganza, was left high and dry with no jam or butter.
It’s almost like they were playing a cruel game of ‘How Disappointed Can We Make Them?’ Spoiler alert: they won. Would not recommend unless you enjoy disappointment served on toasted bread.

Food was not bad.
Service staff were not attentive. Front of house must have clicked away our ticket when they served our coffees and then just forgot about the food sitting at the expo counter. None of front of house asked what I was waiting for. Back of house came to the front to chat without pointing out the neglected plate. When I finally asked if the plate was mine, front of house had to check the toast tab and realized they cleared the ticket without serving the food, and they never apologized for their mistake.

Food was a little bland and deeply overpriced, most options contained nuts, staff was nice, but the wait time was a bit much for a sandwich shop, and they had limited interior seating on the first floor.

My wife and I came in for coffee and breakfast and we were not disappointed. I tried the coconut iced tea and it was really good. We both had breakfast sandwiches that were phenomenal (Alex and Lilly specifically). Definitely recommend for a quick breakfast stop if you’re in the area.

Food and service were great. But the tables were nasty. I had to clean my own. The bathroom was nasty.
My suggestion: instead of the staff talking and laughing during down time as I observed; clean up. Wipe down tables, remove the full bin of dishes from upstairs (there would have been less flies) and by all means tend to the restroom and the dirty door and handle coming from the mall!
Then talk, laugh, and enjoy work as that is important too. A clean environment to enjoy my meal and cookie would have earned a 5 star review. And I probably would have purchased a loaf of bread, more food and sweets to go (ended up buying those items at Wholefoods).

The place is good. I really liked the cafe latte. But the croissants were terrible. Be it plain croissant or the chocolate one. None of them were fresh, more over felt like I was eating uncooked dough when eating the center portion of both the croissants.

Coffee and egg croissant were great. Sadly, the dashed line on the cups don’t line up. #mildlyinfuriating
