Don't let the unassuming interior fool you. The food at Cafe Latino is extraordinary (I devoured the vegan tostada and chicken vegetable soup for lunch), and the staff is delightful. You can taste (and smell) the fresh ingrediants. Great prices too. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Vegetarian options: Vegan tostada was exceptional, with crunchy shell and beautifully seasoned, fresh vegetables.

This place is FANTASTIC!

Me and my mother are visiting the city and we grabbed dinner at this place on a complete whim (we wanted Mexican food and it was the closest place to our AirBnB) but I’m SO glad we happened upon this place!

My Fiance and I have been looking for a place close by that has good, truly authentic Dominican food and Maria did not disappoint! We both got the pernil with rice, beans, and maduros - everything was full of flavor and FRESH. Portions were also more than plenty, we ended up bringing our leftovers home. Chips and salsas were also complimentary and just as tasty! Maria was so sweet and attentive, and took the time to chat and get to know us. She mentioned having breakfast available...
