We worked with him to plan an amazing menu for a college graduation party, and trust me when I say the amount of food was extremely generous (not to mention delicious!). I also want to call out the team of servers that worked the party -- they were extremely well organized, friendly and provided great guidance on timing and layout for the food. All of our guests were well fedd and happy, and we were thrilled! Highly recommend.

We attended his Gnocci class and we were absolutely blown away. We had a lot of fun! Dave and his family were very attentive and helpful. Dave educated and guided us step by step. Every station was clean on arrival and they kept everything clean throughout the whole night. Wonderful guy and great experience. I can’t wait to take another class!!
