We attended his Gnocci class and we were absolutely blown away. We had a lot of fun! Dave and his family were very attentive and helpful. Dave educated and guided us step by step. Every station was clean on arrival and they kept everything clean throughout the whole night. Wonderful guy and great experience. I can’t wait to take another class!!
