It’s clear that most of the ratings here must be fake as there is no way 90% of reviews would recommend this cafeteria-style joke of a restaurant. Poor service, freezing Christmas dining room with cold air seeping in from the outside. Had to ask the waiters to turn on the heat several times and everyone was wearing their winter coat. We experienced some of the worst service we've ever received, anywhere. Restaurant was nearly empty, but service was extremely slow and seemed inexperienced. One dish was misrepresented to one of us at the table, resulting in my friend not eating it. Server started removing plates before we were finished, but then the second course did not arrive for a long time. Food was OK, but we will not return.
Absolutely disappointed in ruggeros tonight. My husband made a reservation for Valentine’s Day weeks ago, so that we wouldn’t have any issues. Our reservation was good for 8:30 (or so we thought). Arrived to the restaurant and there was a line to get in, no problem, that’s expected. The parties before us were seated and then we stood waiting to be seated.
