We got two pies from the bakery for Easter, one already made and one we ordered - Key Lime and Coconut Cream. First off, the bakery itself is lovely and comfortable, while the owners are warm and friendly to deal with. As for the pies - delicious! The Key Lime pie was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. As for the Coconut Cream, I’ll leave it to my friend, and I quote: “I consider myself somewhat a connoisseur on Coconut Cream pie and this pie is exquisite!” Do patronize this bakery - you won’t be disappointed ?

I sent an inspiration photo of the cake we wanted and they made it exactly how it was depicted. I couldn’t ask for a better job. Also, staff had great communication with me and streamlined the whole process with no confusion. Highly recommended, would come back

These cupcakes are among the best I've ever had from a bakery. They have interesting flavors that are ACTUALLY flavorful and not just a hint of whatever it's supposed to be, the cupcakes are a good size (not tiny like other places), and the presentation is lovely. The customer service is great as well. The staff is super friendly and they accommodated my last minute order with no problem (I only needed about a dozen cupcakes). I will absolutely order from them again, which is unusual for me as I prefer to make my own cakes and confections.

I needed a specialty cake pretty last minute (called on a Friday needed to pick up first thing Sunday morning).Not only did Calculated Confections some through in time- but the German Chocolate Cake was SO DELICIOUS. Mouthwateringly good!It was to celebrate my grandfathers 98th birthday and he was so pleased and satisfied.I should also mention that the owner is so friendly!!We will definitely be back!10/10 would recommend.

This is an excellent little bakery. I think that they make the best lemon bars that I've had anywhere north of the Florida Keys. Their butter cream is fantastic. We've had their chocolate mousse cake, which is delicious and perfect. The prices are very reasonable and everyone behind the counter is friendly and helpful.

Khadija of Calculated Confections was one of the best vendors to work with! We opted for a dessert table filled with cookies (chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin), mini cupcakes (carrot cake, vanilla, and vanilla with fresh strawberry filling) and a small carrot cake to cut for pictures. The carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was incredible — so delicious! Our guests were so happy it was easily accessible to grab something sweet and head back to the dance floor. Khadija put my mind at ease and set up the table beautifully!! Cannot thank her and her team enough!
