Food is great and the employees are remarkable It's so nice to get food and have happy employees who work so great together

I absolutely love Franco’s!! They have some of the best pizza around and the employees are always super sweet when I stop by. If you’re not in the mood for pizza, their pasta dishes are also fantastic along with their chicken ceasar salads!!

The last 2 times we have been there the pizza is horrible. Was there tonight 9/30/24 and the dough was spread so paper thin you could see thru it. Will not be going back. For the last month it's only gotten worse. Used to love their pizza's.

Great American Italian restaurant in a town shopping plaza. The food was very tasty and well prepared, and their service was very courteous. Highly recommended if you have a hungry family looking for a meal in the area!

Service here was very good. I had the spaghetti in garlic and oil. When I finished, there was still a cup of more oil on the plate, and that's not an exaggeration. This dish would have been better, and the restaurant would have saved money without all that oil. It also needed seasoning.

This was a recommend from a friend of a friend. The pizza was amazing! While we did wait a while for the waitress, this could have been due to it being busy or short staffed. She made up for it though when we asked for some sauce on the side and she brought everyone at the table a small dish of it! Will come back again if ever in the area.

About 8-10mins away took an hour for delivery, one pizza was ok the other pizza was extremely soggy and the cheese would just fall right off once you picked up a slice. I’ve eaten here before but inside the restaurant and it was good, so maybe ordering out for delivery was the mistake I’m not sure.

Stayed over a family members house a couple times for dinner they ordered pizza , I thought Aii can’t go wrong with pizza in NY but then it got delivered and ….what the fuzz pizza was chewy, cheese was like half melted and just honestly some of the worst pizza I’ve had in Orange County NY.

My rating for Francos Pizzeria increased to 4 out of 5. Their food overall is good but their pizza sauce, is shockingly still weak. A pizza is memorable for their cheese, sauce and dough. Francos pizza is not memorable for those 3.
Their cheesesteak hero is good and their anti-pasta salads are great.
A good pizza/restaurant but not much for having unforgettable pizza.

At the end of the day the food can be great but the service sucks they just told me 45 mins the driver is going on two hours still no food and i work 8 mins away this is crazy that you claim to be this good you just lost so much people because of this trust this ill never be eating your food again
