Gia’s Upper West Side Deli.

I was unable to give negative stars, so 1 star it is. Me and my better half used to go there all the time when they 1st opened and had no complaints about the food but the customer service was pretty bad and everytime we went in to order the exact same stuff as every time before we noticed they changed the prices so we never knew how much $ to bring, which is a rip off in itself. Until the day we ordered a couple of sandwiches and used our debit card and found out that someone who worked there stole our card # and charged $50. Don't go there!!!

They never seem to be open or they never have lunch meat or they have people there who don't know how to make their menu. It is such a headache to shop there. If you really need anything there's a Hannsfords nearby and a ton of other pizza/sandwichplaces. Would not recommend

I should have read the reviews first. I paid $4.87 for a bacon, egg and cheese - no coffee. Two pieces of barely cook bacon. There is no menu displayed. Lesson learned, I won't be back.

I just stopped to get a sandwich and a very sweaty large person behind the counter made my sandwich with no gloves on and decided to eat the meat right off the sandwich in front of me

I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes
