Ordered chicken, corn, Mac & cheese and potato salad. TERRIBLE!!! Nice staff but long wait! Placed my order at 7:50pm I didn’t receive my food until 9:40pm. No matter how big or small your order is almost 2 hrs is completely crazy! They had all my bags tied already so I wasn’t able to inspect the sides like I wanted too. The Mac & cheese had no cheese just oil and a processed version of cheese. The potato salad should have been called egg salad. It was over seasoned, mushy, and tasted awful. The gave us cornbread with our meal and it was hard as hell. Definitely made a while ago and they didn’t want to toss. The corn had to have been boiled in dirty water or something because it had a funny smell. The chicken…was the ONLY DECENT thing there and that wasn’t even that good. The was fried well however skin was seasoned with salt. The actual meat was bland and o was so surprised considering the salty skin. I really wanted to try this place and it really disappointed me. Will not be buying again. Was not worth the $75 bucks!

Decided to try this place out since it's been around a bit. Big mistake. Food was cold, bland and over priced. Definitely not worth a second chance. The place must be a front for something else to be in business as long as it has.

The fried chicken was spoiled and left and unpleasant order in the house.. Straight in the garbage and out to the curb! BBQ was dry and disappointing.

Don’t do it… just don’t. Everything was reheated from the fridge & the sides clearly came out of cans/boxes. It’s so bad, there has to be a “lab” in the basement for it to still be open lol. Don’t do it.

Just delicious. Southern food with a West Indies influence. Had the curry chicken. Four perfectly cooked drumsticks in gravy. I like my drumsticks firm and well done and these were amazing. Kind of like duck confit. Side of coleslaw was outstanding as were the AWESOME COLLARD GREENS that had a bit of a kick. Tender but not mushy and fantastic. Cornbread was outstanding.I asked to try the brisket before I ordered and was glad I did. Didn’t like that much. It was gristly and not tender, wasn’t crazy about the flavor of it either. Was very happy with the curry chicken. Would have tried the Jerk Chicken but they were sold out. Will definitely be back. I would have added pictures but when I got home my son and I ate everything so fast there was nothing left by the time I thought of it.
