Sandwich was decent enough.Counter person charged higher price than what was listed on the menu board. Had to correct her. She then shakes the tip box as she hands me my order.Worst and most unforgivable part of the visit was fox news on the TV. Haven't been back since.Granted this was about 4 years ago. Perhaps they've matured since then.

First this place is very nice and the people are very nice but I did not like the bagel. Being that the bagel is the main reason I went there, I will not be back. So I like my bagel to have an exterior texture and a soft inside but the outside should be a bit crispy on the outside. This bagel had all the same texture so I felt like I was eating regular bread. I saw a lot of people there so maybe they like it. A bagel is very subjective everyone thinks theirs is the best. For me, I will not go back. I only tried this place because the place we usually go to was closed.

Ordered my food and the lady(who said she was the manager) was very rude with me complaining because we waited at the window saying it was closed and we should have come in. She closed the window on me as I was trying to hand her pen back to her. They had a hiring sign on the window but I had no idea that meant the window could have been closed. I will never eat at this establishment again.
Stopped in on a Sunday morning looking for a cup of coffee and possibly a bagel. The two employees (woman and man with "Watt" written on back of shirt) the counter were friendly and explained the menu to us. We ordered two breakfast bagels-Asiago cheese bagel with sausage egg and cheese. The bagels were soft and delicious and the inside was nicely prepared. Coffee was delicious too. They have a large selection of add ins for their coffee which was great. The restaurant itself was neat and clean. We will definitely be back before we return home.

Never get my order right ever. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich has half a slice of cheese on it, barely any egg or bacon. Pathetic.

Made my order before 9 and went to freshen up so I could dine in. Apond my sitting the same woman whom took my order brought my food to the table in a bag, she apologized for it not being to stay as I requested. I ordered the Brentwood from the specialty sandwiches menu it comes with Russian dressing that I requested to be on the side and it was. The dressing was discolored with dark and light colors of orange. I was not clear if the sandwich came cold or hot but I was asked if I would like my sesame seed bagel toasted and that was a yes. Maybe it's in my mind. But when I hear the word specialty. I feel like it should be hot. Also when a patron is in your establishment and they're dining in it is up to the Establish it to make sure it's prepared for the customer to dine in. Also they need to make it clear if these listed Specialty sandwiches are hot or cold.

Bagel with smoked salmon is my go to for lunch! Absolutely delicious. The lady with tattoos is great. There is also a gentleman at the front one day. Very nice people. Thank God the food is great! Pumpernickel bagel. Lightly toasted. Smoked salmon, capers, cream cheese, onion and tomato. Try it !
