We looked forward to going and drove out from PA to meet friends with a reservation made. The waiter rushed us to put our entire order in, which was odd. While all having 2 dozen oysters and 1/2 doz clams. My lobster bites was brought out with it. I had no room with ordering the bowl of it and the clam tray. It was all good until dinner. My shrimp poor boy was over cook and not edible. In fact the waiter seen I didn't touch it, I had it wrapped. My hubby prime rib was ol but the pot and vegetables were over cooked. Our friends also have Salomon that looked over cooked, the the cowboy pasta special was shocking as a hand full of pasta. Normally at restaurants I have dined in pasta is a nice portion. Very dissapointing after a $323.00 bill and we still gave the waiter plus $64 who really was not worthy of to get us fed so fast. Felt like I had choke everything down till the main course that was overdone anyway.

This place is super yummy and the service is fabulous. We love this place and it has beautiful views and inside it feels like a family atmosphere.
We ordered the Bavarian pretzel, schnitzel, excellent beer. Coming here you feel like you’re on vacation!

Tried this place again despite having some not great experiences in the past. Before writing this review read quite a few with the same experience. My friend ordered a steak rare and it came out well done. I'm not one to send things back but for $42 it wasn't ok. Came out the second time medium well at best. Didn't catch his name but our server wasn't very pleasant.

Stopped in with my girlfriend last evening, we didn’t have time for a full meal but sat at the bar for appetizers and drinks. The apps were excellent as was the espressomartini’s expertly prepared by Shannon, the bartender who went out of her way(altho she was very busy with a full bar) to make sure everything was ok for us. We’ll definitely be coming back frequently!

Was really please with the whole place, living locally I've never been here. Everything was very good, little pricey though, only down side.

Had a wonderful first time dinner experience here with my wife. We chose to sit outside, as the weather was perfect. Ordered chilled oysters and clams on the half shell. Delish!! Entrees were hot buttered lobster roll, and the lemon butter Salmon. Both were beautifully plated and wonderful. We had 2 glasses of Malbec, shared a peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream, accompanied by cappuccinos. Our server Michael was attentive. Knowledgeable. We got to meet Michelle, a co-owner, who is so lovely and welcoming. The landscaping is gorgeous. Nice touches abound of old barn beams.

I had a really good time yesterday at the Bruynswick Inn and oyster bar. Live music outside, the fire pit, a beautiful setting and a helpful staff added to the experience. We ordered the trio appetizer and while it took 45 minutes to get to us the quality of the food was good. I also ordered the steak panini and others in the group had the grilled chicken sandwich. Again it took some time but the food was good. Keep in mind it was Father’s Day and they were very busy. We needed more chairs and the young man working outside took good care of us. The bar tender was great at meeting our needs and the waiting staff, while swamped with orders worked hard to meet our needs. The time delay and a few mistakes on our order is the reason for the one star drop but I do recommend this facility for food and fun. I really hope you give them a shot. We traveled from Saratoga and found it worth the trip.

The food and service are outstanding. I wish they’d tell you about the live music when you make reservations though. We all ended up with a headache because it was so loud and we had to shout to hear each other.

Had a very disappointing experience dinner experience and never even received an apology. Our concerns were actually ignored even after writing a very reasonable email explaining our disappointment. We had been here before over a year ago and was very happy. Something definitely has changed. Was planning on recommending this place to many of our local friends but unfortunately we will never go there again or recommend them.
