Honestly, not too impressed. Excessively expensive prices for middle of the line food. Menu was a little disappointing and underwhelming. There was nothing unique about it. I asked for butter for my bread and I could tell before I even tasted it, that it wasn't real butter. It did not make me believe that this restaurant is farm to table focused. Clay has become one of my favorite places to go whenever I visit home. If you are looking for an elevated dining experience in the Hudson Valley, look no further. When you dine at Clay you can expect delicious, fresh and thoughtful dishes as well as immaculate service from the most delightful staff. I made it a point to bring my mother there for her birthday last week and she was blown away with the experience.
