You name it, they did it! Bryce, Chloe, and their entire team were so helpful and kind. So willing to step up to plate, and the food was DELICIOUS. Super affordable and convenient as well, and they answered any and every question they had. Our special day was made even better thanks to the wonderful work of their staff and the beautiful scenery of their venue. Who made for an outstanding visit letting me know about all of the amazing things that the ridge does. Also, Nico was terrific engaging with me about how this new restaurant has come alive in Ulster County. Our server was also outstanding. I'm not sure her name young girl short dark hair. Terrific fun, friendly engaging accurate service. I had the salmon which was beyond delicious.. very unique to have the salmon grilled well done on the outside but very moist and tender on the inside. This was the recommendation of the Server, which was outstanding. This new restaurant is an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone. “Not from this area at all but was strolling thought town trying to find a bagel store and ended up here. Saw no bagels so I settled for a sandwhich and got the AE PHI. Let me just say that first bite was marvelous. While we waited we pondered over the pickles and pickled area, and folded to buy their pickles and pickled cauliflower once we saw their first place ribbon for a pickle festival or something like that. Both were great and 10/10. The crunch on my hoagie, the pesto, WOW. As I said I’m not from this area but I would make a hike back up here just to come to franks fresh. 10/10“

“Okay... first of all - I ordered for take-out and my husband is lucky this food even made it home. The car smelled so good, I wanted to pull over to eat it right there. Both the chowder and stuffed clams had big, tasty pieces of clam. I got the Mac & Cheese with garlic shrimp - there were no less than 20 pieces of roasted cloves which were sweet and delicious. The shrimp was completely deveined and tender. My husband thought the stuffed clams were a little salty, I thought they were perfect, so do what you want with that. I am verily looking forward to my next visit.“

“We came to Main Street Bistro for breakfast on the recommendation of our Airbnb host.

The menu is creative. My boyfriend's eyes stopped two items down the menu at Protein X. I kept going and asked if he was getting Kiki's breakfast stir fry and he changed his order. He rated it 9/10.

Since Mr eyes continued to wander, the citrus walnut bread of the Zoo Canoe was intriguing. I'm a picky eater. I've never put tomatoes in my eggs or tried hollandaise sauce but my daring spirit prevailed and I'm glad it did. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. I too would give mine 9/10. (Nothing is perfect although a well done version of my favorite ANYTHING may get 10/10.)
