“Me and my wife are breakfast enthusiasts. Whether it is a new Diner or a new restaurant we are always looking for a new breakfast spot. We came here after my wife had a minor dental procedure. There was a little wait but we didn't mind it was like 5 minutes. When we were seated we were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer. She was awesome all morning. Very vibrant personality with great energy. She explained menu items made my wife a special Coffee and made our experience that much better. The food was outstanding. My wife had scrambled eggs with French toast because she could not eat anything super hard and she has been talking about those eggs days after we left. I got an omelette with pancakes and they were very good. The price to food ratio was outstanding. We are looking forward to coming back. We recently moved to the area and sometimes go to a diner or cracker barrel but it think this will be our new go to for breakfast and once we try the lunch or dinner it will be our go to for that as well. Who made for an outstanding visit letting me know about all of the amazing things that the ridge does. Also, Nico was terrific engaging with me about how this new restaurant has come alive in Ulster County. Our server was also outstanding. I'm not sure her name young girl short dark hair. Terrific fun, friendly engaging accurate service. I had the salmon which was beyond delicious.. very unique to have the salmon grilled well done on the outside but very moist and tender on the inside. This was the recommendation of the Server, which was outstanding. This new restaurant is an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for having a staff there that was truly fun, friendly and engaging. “a much needed meal after going on a rocky and steep hike up beacon mountain. came on a saturday night and they had live music. the menu felt very fall forward with a couple dishes having apples in it. we tried the focaccia (loved), pierogis, crispy potatoes (delicious), biscuit with honey butter (lovely), pork chop (well cooked), angolotti (tasty mushrooms), sea bass, and skewers.“

I opted for the half portion of Chicken Sandoval. The half portion was plenty and the dish was tasty! A great spot to eat in the Village and even re-connect with with an "old" friend.“

“I took my daughter here for dinner this evening, and we had such a wonderful experience! Everything was delicious, starting with the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which was packed with flavor and a generous portion. My daughter ordered the Wagyu sliders, which she absolutely loves and says are fantastic.

After our server highly recommended the short rib, I decided to give it a try, and WOW! It was incredible! The meat was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth, with none of the visible fat I’ve experienced at other restaurants. It was honestly one of the best short ribs I’ve had!

The service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening, and a special touch was the chef coming out of the kitchen to check on us. He was so personable, and that personal touch really stood out. It’s wonderful to see a chef who takes the time to connect with guests and make sure they’re enjoying their meal

Parking and restrooms were very good. Neighborhood was a little sketchy saw homeless people looking for cans and asking for change in the parking lot. Overall was good and average place.“

The person who took our orders was so sweet and so knowledgeable and we loved everything we ordered. They have vegan, vegetarian and GF options so it’s really inclusive.
