“Me and my wife are breakfast enthusiasts. Whether it is a new Diner or a new restaurant we are always looking for a new breakfast spot. We came here after my wife had a minor dental procedure. There was a little wait but we didn't mind it was like 5 minutes. When we were seated we were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer. She was awesome all morning. Very vibrant personality with great energy. She explained menu items made my wife a special Coffee and made our experience that much better. The food was outstanding. My wife had scrambled eggs with French toast because she could not eat anything super hard and she has been talking about those eggs days after we left. I got an omelette with pancakes and they were very good. The price to food ratio was outstanding. We are looking forward to coming back. We recently moved to the area and sometimes go to a diner or cracker barrel but it think this will be our new go to for breakfast and once we try the lunch or dinner it will be our go to for that as well. “I recently had the pleasure of dining at Joe Willy’s Seafood House, on Rt. 9 in Wappinger Falls and it was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. The food was outstanding, it was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. “Lyonshare has quickly risen to be one of our top restaurants in Beacon.

The dishes are consistently ideally prepared, the drinks are perfectly mixed, the staff - literally each one - is friendly and knowledgeable and chill. The ambiance is the right mix of elegant and laid back. Only drawbacks to note are the limited availability at times (definitely make a reservation) and the prices (on the higher range for Beacon, which is not a cheap spot to begin with).

So we save it for our occasional date spot, and are thankful it arrived in town. Keep doing what you do, folks. Chef's kiss.“

Parking and restrooms were very good. Neighborhood was a little sketchy saw homeless people looking for cans and asking for change in the parking lot. Overall was good and average place.“

I recently went on (04/05) for my 31st birthday and I wanted to say I was astounded by the flavor and composition of my special. I ordered the rabbit. As someone who cherishes local and seasonal ingredients, this menu item was a slam dunk. Between the rabbit, the mustard greens and the delightful dancing of purple radish on my plate…I was beyond satiated by the balance and beauty of this dish. Hats off to the chef who designed this and those who executed it. It was amazing. And I’ve been telling everyone about it at work. The service is consistently great, food is what you would expect and you will likely come away with multiple meals.

Keep in mind this is a standard all-american eats diner (do forget if they have international cuisine options so someone please correct me), but it is typically a good balance between taste and price.“
