DBC is so consistent with their amazing food and service that it makes it hard to go try other places when you know you will get consistency here. Great and tasty beer. Amazing burgers. So delicious fries! Appetizers all yummy. I came recently on a night with my wife and something that stood out for me that visit was when I watched one of the owners clearing a table. The staff is very friendly. Sat at the bar alone as I was in Fishkill on business. Bryce was my barman. Very knowledgeable of the various Belgian and Belgian-style beers they have on tap. Ordered the French onion burger. A tad salty for my tastes but otherwise absolutely delicious. Ordered the small/regular fries and they came in a brown bag. Make sure you have friends for the fries.

Parking: Parking lot is in the back of the restaurant, or on the street. It gets busy during peak times, like evenings and weekends. We got there a little early (like 4:30pm) and had decent parking.
