I took my daughter here for dinner this evening, and we had such a wonderful experience! Everything was delicious, starting with the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which was packed with flavor and a generous portion. My daughter ordered the Wagyu sliders, which she absolutely loves and says are fantastic.

It was a spectacular experience I couldn’t expect beforehand. Just stopped for a quick dinner and got the most tasty food I could ask for. I looked at other tables and could tell it worth trying. Creative, fresh, generous portions with food you’d expect in Europe. Not to mention warm welcoming by everyone working - from waiter to the owner.
I am thrilled that we have this local place in Hopewell! We needed it! Food is fabulous, wonderful atmosphere, service very attentive, and the owner is always there and extremely welcoming and pleasant. We go weekly and look forward to each and every time. I have very high expectations when it comes to eating out and this place checks all the boxes! Huge step up from what was there previously.

Bistro 52 is a restaurant in Hopewell that offers a beautiful space with minimalist yet sophisticated decor and a high-end feel that is welcoming rather than pretentious. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with generous portions. Menu items mentioned include the ahi tuna appetizer served over a refreshing cucumber and seaweed base, the short ribs with a unique pistachio crisp, the Brussels sprouts appetizer, the Wagyu sliders, the Wagyu slider burgers, and the short rib. The short ribs are described as incredibly tender, practically melting in the mouth, “fall off the bone” delicious, and super tender and delicious. The service is excellent, attentive, friendly, and thoughtful, with a warm welcoming by everyone working, from waiter to the owner. The chef comes out of the kitchen to check on guests and is personable. The owner is always there and extremely welcoming and pleasant. There is live music, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Bistro 52 has a great location right off Taconic, great dinner selections and specials daily, and a happy hour and bar menu. Brunch is also mentioned, with omelettes and ricotta pancakes. The restaurant checks all the boxes for high expectations when eating out and is a huge step up from what was there previously.
