I recently had the pleasure of dining at Joe Willy’s Seafood House, on Rt. 9 in Wappinger Falls and it was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed.
