Great spot for sunset dinner. Simple food options, decent variety of beers available. Try the local cider.
Prying yourself off of the main strip in New Paltz, The Parish restaurant shows that the back streets have something to offer as well.

The Parish is my favorite local restaurant since they opened over 10 years. Our dinner tonight was more delicious than ever! The beer muscles were super tasty as well as the FlatIron steak with a Chimichurri sauce that had the perfect amount of spice…and live music to boot! And they have the best view of the Gunks.
