I ordered off of uber eats. I order 2 root beer floats and they didn't even put root beer in it. All I received was 2 cups of c vanilla ice cream. Also order a sundae and asked for Carmel and did not get that either. If you do not have stuff you should call rhe customer. I am not

The biggest effing joke ever. Stay away please . Not that one could ever expect much from a DD but this was just a f**ked up situation . We ordered a cake for my sons birthday this weekend. Left a deposit and ordered a week in advance . Showed up to pick up the cake and nothing but deer in headlights looks from everyone. No cake and no explanation on why. Some dude calling a "manager" for 30 min trying to figure out what happened. Still no explanation on why the cake wasn't there . In the end no one could provide any reason to what happened . I got my money back and left . Safe to say will never return however doesn't seem like anyone gives a sh*t anyway . Way to ruin a kids birthday you sorry excuse of a business.

The girls are playing splashing water on each other when there is a line of people. Not one person is wearing gloves. I threw my food out after getting it. The girl with red hair was rubbing her eyes with smudged makeup and touching everything. Gross
Not much of a dunkin fan in general so even though I live close I haven't been in here much. Fast forward to my son requesting donuts for his birthday at school and only wanting Dunkin' not one of the newer specialty donut shops. So I go in right before I need to bring them in and see they offer personalized photo donuts (and obviously now I want those) the girl behind the counter said I needed 24 hours notice but when Omar the manager heard he said I have time go online fill it out. I was out the door in 15 minutes with my personalized donuts. Now donuts are donuts, however it's little touches like that, that turn customers into regulars. So much so that when I had to get a cake for my sons big party the following weekend I went right to them even though we've never had an ice cream cake because establishments like that are the type that deserve repeat business and our hard earned money especially during these times. Omar thanks for the awesome donuts and the cake that was also a hit. We'll be in soon!!

Okay unlike my cousin I'm gonna get straight into this. Horrible cake point , blank , period. I was excited to eat it until the cookie on top of the cake left an unpleasant feeling in my mouth while chewing and made me bite my tongue. I was in complete disgust when I realized it wasn't Oreos that were in the cake but just thin slices of chocolate shavings. How gross I could only imagine where they get those from. My poor cousin John was so upset because he loves Oreos and wasn't able to enjoy them tonight. It was my cousins birthday and now it's ruined because of this mediocre cake that we received. I'd give 0 stars if I could. NEVER AGAIN

Tonight was my brothers birthday and my family got a magnificent cookie icecream cake from dunkin & baskin robbins". It was going really well, we thought the cake looked beautiful and i was so excited to eat some OREO icecream cake, i was drooling from the mouth. Picture this: i sit down, i get my beautifully cut piece of cake, pick up a scoop of it on my spoon and dive right into that shit! It took me a second to figure this out but it was NOT oreo it was in fact VANILLA CHIP! that was not what i asked for! i was in such disbelief! my cousin jawn is so upset he cant stop crying about this. when i got up i checked the box to see if it was vanilla chip and my mom got the wrong one but NO! let me tell you, this was false advertising at its finest! i am so upset by this i dont even think i can ever look at a dunkin & baskin robbins without tearing up a little bit. i am giving them 1 star because once again if anyones ever seen my other reviews im always having these food difficulties with my grandparents and once again MY SWEET POOR OLD GRANDPARENTS HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS AGAIN! dunkin, i am done with you

I work late...on the way home I stop by the Baskin Robbins/Dunkin which is advertised as open until 10pm...they NEVER are...they close before 9:40 and refuse to serve....always disappointing!!

I go there weekly. The staff is super nice but the manager in the morning is miserable. Definitely not the first thing I want to see in the morning. Definitely not ever a pleasant experience with him.

I went to 4 other stores looking for the Love Potion flavor. Nobody had any. I called this one and spoke to Rami (?) She checked the ice cream case for me and put one in the back until I got there. She was super friendly when I got there too.
This Dunkin is horrible. There coffee always taste horrible! Every time I go there it's disgusting and I always throw it out! Lol waste of money! Idk if they don't clean there milk machine good enough and that is what making it taste bad orrr if they just burn there coffee 24/7 lol. Don't recommend unless u wanna waste ur money!

I'm at the Dunkin'. I'm at the Baskin Robbins. I'm at the combination Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins. Not the biggest store, but that's alright. They had a good donut selection, including some holiday specials like a disgusting American flag donut that had frosting ON THE INSIDE, plus one that looked like a watermelon but was just filled with regular jelly. Just stick to the basics.

They wouldn't take my order over the phone so I had to place it online. They totally disregarded my special instructions. The color was wrong and the flavors of the mini ice cream sandwiches were wrong. I guess they can't be bothered with reading what people want. They don't answer phone either.
