EXCELLENT dinner at Blackbird Kitchen & Cocktails in Wantagh. Every bite and sip was delicious. And service was top notch! We got a bunch of plates to share: • GOUDA GRUYERES onion soubise (these were cheese sticks that tasted like potato 🤷🏻♀️ go figure) • LITTLE GEM LETTUCE SALAD medjool dates, toasted almond, pecorino, mustard vinaigrette • KALE CAESAR sourdough croutons, parmigiano • PEI MUSSELS garlic, chili, white wine (with delicious bread) • CRISPY...
Blackbird Kitchen & Cocktails was excellent! There's a comprehensive top shelf bar list and great wine pours. We ate at the bar which has a lot of seating. The menu while short & sweet was well thought out with portions that are human not gargantuan! The hostess and bartenders were very attentive and nice. I'd like to try their tasting menu next time. Nice spit in my old stomping grounds. Well Done!
