Stingy. The worst Carvel throughout the Universe. Must have changed owners. Simple solution. Go to Marshall's in Massapequa. The best soft serve in the Tri-State area. Family owned for generations.

Why did I pay for a large and got just a smidge over 1/2 the size ice cream in the cup? 1/2 filled cup… when asked, I got a smug answer “that’s a large.” Really do I need to pull out a dictionary. If you put the amount of a SMALL in a LARGE cup, that DOES NOT MAKE A LARGE. I will NEVA!!!! GO BACK TO WANTAGH CARVEL AGAIN! BYEEEEEEE! You see shadow where the ice cream is up to and how much cup is left? So I paid extra for 1/2 an “air cup.” I just read all the other miserable reviews. Clearly the owner of this Carvel could give a crap. Thanks for continuing to be an unsatisfactory establishment.

I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed at the same time, i was craving for a carvel ice cream cake, i was working and drive just to buy in carvel. Not lucky to receive a ice cream cake that has a hair on it. It’s disgusting!! ? this was my favorite but it’s very gross receiving a ice cream that has a hair on it. CARVEL PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS!! SO DISAPPOINTED! I HOPE YOU ALL PAY ATTENTION TO THIS!

Three young kids working this Sunday afternoon. 2 sitting in the back on their cell phones while 4 people waiting for service. Finally 3 more people came in and they put down their cell phones. When a customer asked for napkins the kid points to the empty napkin holder and says "right there". I then pointed out that it was empty. You would think if they weren't going to serve ice cream they could at least keep the napkins full. I guess that would take away from playing on their phones. Great summer job!!!

Larger sized Carvel with a large parking lot in front of the store. More freezers than usual, so a larger selection of cakes and ice cream. Service was quick and very friendly. Prices were reasonable. If you are headed west, be careful not to pass it like I did. It comes up quick.

Always enjoy the welcoming I receive when I enter the store in addition if I'm looking for something particular they would tell me where it is and also let me know if it's on sale or not very wonderful staff enjoy my continuous visits
