The guacamole we had was stringy and old and really was incredibly disappointing. I like Chipotle but this was a really disappointing experience.

Crewmembers did their job, but the managers and anyone higher up we’re completely unprofessional.. They messed up my entire order, and I tried to approach them in a very friendly manner, and they seemed to give me attitude right off the bat.. not only would they not fix my order, but they wouldn’t give me a refund of any kind.. If I was ever in the area and wanted chipotle I Would go to the next town over. Very sad

There’s one Spanish lady , non English speaker, do not let this lady handle your food. She gives a little bit food, half spoon full of rice. Half spoon full of steak (I got 8 cubes) and 1/5 spoon of beans. I spoke to her and she had no response, and the English speaking girl at the cashier said “this is how much we suppose to give unless you want to double it”. NO, I’ve ordered chipotle from other locations and always got 1 and 1/3 spoon full of rice, 1 spoon full of steak and 1 spoon of beans. Chipotle, you can’t be this ridiculous with the amount of the food you put inside a bowl. You need to re train your employees!

The service here is AWFUL. I ordered through the app. Went to pick up and not only was i given the wrong order. I went back and they said it never came into the system. The two men who Started to “help” me, basically ignored me for 10 minutes. Zero attempt to help or fix the issue, look into it further…. Nothing. Finally the two sweet ladies at the to go section asked to see my order, helped fulfill my order and i was on my way 30 min later. Dont go here for good service.

I got chicken and steak. the woman clearly did 1 scoop of each and continued to say that it was a double scoop. i told the man at the register that that it’s not a double scoop and that its very little. i asked if i can have more and they said they would have to charge me for a triple scoop which is crazy. if you care about your portions don’t come to this chipotle because im sure others will be nicer with it.

They gave Sofritas. A vegan meal. You can load it with guacamole as a bowl or a burrito. Huge. Great value.

Twice in a row this location has messed up our to-go orders. It’s very clear that they can’t handle the in-store and takeout orders simultaneously, so they go rogue and forget ingredients or add ingredients that weren’t requested. I hope these negative reviews are eventually taken into consideration. A free drink as an “apology” for the inconvenience doesn’t make up for an entirely incorrect order.

Normally we go to merrick but decided to try wantagh tonight because merrick is always busy and now I know why merrick is busier went into order they didn't have lettuce but the online order side did plenty actually well I asked if I could have some from there the guy was very kind the lady who clearly works the online order side was nasty about it explaining to me why I couldn't have lettuce from that side TMI I'm a customer paying a decent amount for food your attitude isnt necessary especially to the man accommodating me by fulfilling my order she needs retraining I won't be back there and can see why merrick is packed and wantagh isn't do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 miles or so

Manager refused to make me a bowl only burritos. Online orders could only order bowls. So there’s 10 ppl standing around ordering online with a 20 minute wait. I am GF and can’t eat a burrito. Terrible service. The fact they prioritize online orders over face to face clients is insane.
