Manager refused to make me a bowl only burritos. Online orders could only order bowls. So there’s 10 ppl standing around ordering online with a 20 minute wait. I am GF and can’t eat a burrito. Terrible service. The fact they prioritize online orders over face to face clients is insane.

This is most filthiest store ever. I am in process of speaking with the health inspector . They are racist and nasty people . There are many complains about bugs being found in the food. This place will be shut down soon. Watch.

I recently visited Chipotle, and while the food was decent, it wasn’t anything special. The flavors were good, but the serving size felt smaller than what I’m used to at other locations. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit standoffish, which made the experience less enjoyable. It’s not a bad spot if you’re in a rush, but the overall experience left something to be desired. There’s potential for improvement in both service and portion size.

Takeout/delivery orders beware! !
I ordered takeout only to get home and realize there was ONE piece of meat in my bowl. I decided to go back to tell the staff what happened and that I wanted a NORMAL size scoop of meat. The two kids (a girl and guy) in charge of the online orders told me I probably ate the meat and that I wouldn’t get another scoop. When I told them I didn’t, they INSISTED LOUDY that I did…making jokes, laughing, creating a scene. Not sure if they were trying to embarrass me (store was busy), actually believe I picked up my meal and went home just to microwave the cheese and eat the meat and return, or if this happens to them often. Either way, I didn’t back down and they eventually gave me more meat.
BUYER BEWARE. If you ever do takeout, make sure to check your meal before leaving or you’ll have to fight hard to get it corrected. Would never get delivery from here based on the above experience.

The manager is not nice. We have been there 100 times and she always give my wife a hard time about nonsense. I’m not wasting my time explaining every incident we have had with her. She need to be retrained and moved to a different franchise location. I am praying cava opens up near us and I will update this review. It took many incidents for me to do this review because I believe everyone has a bad week or month but enough is enough. Btw my burrito is literally 1/3 the usual size besides the Terrible customer service. Retrain or let her go. Sorry maybe she should be I. Back area cutting up food and not dealing with actual paying customers who have been there many many times
Bottom line everyone is trying to keep their net profits or even increase them because of the inflation train. I say those who use this mentality should lose business and those that increase appropriately should rewarded. Pigs get slaughtered I say!!
Btw if ur trusting these people to handle ur food properly and they demonstrate such hostile behaviors a smart person would think three times before buying food there

This place it’s the worse always short staff and the Spanish women has the worse attitude! I order my food online get that, people at the door, asked her for my food she said they were short stuff and she said I had to wait or call the company to get a refund. I ended up waiting for 35 minutes! I wasn’t the only one. do not go there! Btw the place was super dirty food at all tables and floor
