To not have chicken at 9pm 3 times in the last week when you close at 11 is diabolical. Especially when no one is even looking to make any. I use to love this location but I don’t know who is running it these days…. It’s terrible

Overall good food but during the times after school like 2-7 pm all the teenagers come in and yell and scream and it’s honestly just so obnoxious and ruins my meal but the food is good, if you want to dine in for lunch 1pm is good

Absolute, rude, unprofessional, horrible employees that work there. They have no respect or consideration for anyone. They never pay attention to customers. They always get the orders wrong and they mess up the food, which should be good, but it’s not. How this chipotle is even open at this point is a mystery, I would strongly recommend going to a different chipotle or a different restaurant. Because these people suck.

Completely unprofessional attitudes and service. They clearly do not care about customers here. The manager and employees laugh at and talk down to you, which at worst is a severe reprimand. They should be fired. The food is inedible as well as you can see from the picture below.

Worst staff you could ask for, especially the woman manager who speaks broken English. She was extremely rude to my cousin. Made inappropriate remarks about how she was dressed, and wouldn’t fix the prices on the bill that were wrong. She acted like she was too busy to be bothered with anyone as well. Hoping they find better staff bc this location is very convenient for us to go to.

Chipolte's are so bad now, they became McDonalds...its bad food, the workers look so miserable and the quality and value is gone...Can't believe anyone actually eats here anymore. Used to be a very good value and it's been downhill for years. I got a brisket burrito that cost me nearly $20. You have to order double portions because 1 portion is not enough. I will no longer go here and I find Qdoba much better in Massapequa.

They are hit or miss. This was the last time for me though. I learned my lesson. The Barbacoa was full of fat and gristle. I couldn’t eat it. I called for a refund and had to plead for them to refund me after denying the refund at first.
This place is an absolute disaster. DO NOT USE THE APP FOR THIS LOCATION. You’re better off walking in.

Crewmembers did their job, but the managers and anyone higher up we’re completely unprofessional.. They messed up my entire order, and I tried to approach them in a very friendly manner, and they seemed to give me attitude right off the bat.. not only would they not fix my order, but they wouldn’t give me a refund of any kind.. If I was ever in the area and wanted chipotle I Would go to the next town over. Very sad
