Don't mobile order here, both orders were missing guac, gave us the wrong beans and the amount of meat in our bowls was a joke. As a long time chipotle customer I've never been this disappointed.

Worst Chipotle In America. You can't sell a $4 chicken taco with 2 tiny pieces of chicken and stuffed with rice and beans. That's a beans and rice taco with some chicken flavoring.

Absolutely disgusting! Long day at work and came home to eat. I was eating half way through my burrito when I bit into something extremely bitter so I immediately spit out my food and found a bug inside!! So gross!!! Do better quality control or close down!! See the pictures I took attached. Never again ordering here.

So my son made me try this place like 2 months ago. It was fantastic!Clean inside, plenty of parking, not fancy, pretty quick even when theres a line. Very tasty food, we now go pretty often!If you haven't tried it yet you should!
This chipotle started charging for sides. I noticed this when I picked up my chicken bowl and it almost cost $17. I noticed on the receipt that they charged an extra $1.90 for 2 sides. These two sides were sour cream and a hot salsa. Both were not toppings on my bowl. I asked for it on the side.If I placed this order on the app for pick up sides included, there is no charge for sides.This franchise owner is not following the adequate chipotle pricing policy. This should not be allowed and I hope enough people complain so this can be stopped. No other chipotle does this. The owner must be an A-hole if he thinks he can get away with this. I hate that this is happening at the chipotle closest to me, and to avoid these side charges I would have to go to the next chipotle a few miles over. I would just place my order for pick up but every time I do that they skimp on the double meat and rarely give me enough lettuce even when I make it as 'extra' lettuce.I'm going to bring this up the next time I come to this location and I will refuse paying for the sides. If they give me a problem they can throw the bowl out and I'll place my order for pick up with my INCLUDED sides.

Second time ordering through Door Dash. First time they screwed up one of the orders. The second time they only delivered one out of the four meals. The DD driver said that's all that they gave her. I tried to call and was given the runaround to a corporate office and when I finally got a number, no one ever picked up.This meant that I had to drive to the location. The manager was very cold as I calmly explained my situation. She said the DD people must not have picked up my whole order, but there was no order of mine on the shelves (I'm sure they never made it in the first place). They then started to remake the orders, but then ran out of ingredients. The food that was eventually remade was tasty, but the manager also made no attempt to make things right; she didn't offer some chips or guac or even talk to me to apologize. I felt ignored or that it was a burden that they had to fix this issue.While the meals did end up being good, the whole experience left us with an extremely negative feeling. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location again.
