I paid $3.25 for a decaf coffee with milk and three 3/4 of it out. The coffee was stale not hot it was bitter tasting and not what I expected! What happened to this store? Unkempt, people hanging out at tables, restrooms unavailable, ice cream bins unappetizing!

Online orders ALWAYS ready when I walk in. CONFUSED DRIVERS are par for the course in the parking lot, SO BE CAREFUL!
Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom is clean, but a little tired. Both doors are handicapped accessible with a ramp on the north door. Saw a Grandma and Grandpa, with grandchild. Grandpa, with a walker, had no problems throughout his visit. All seemed to delight in their visit, and staff were especially attentive to the little one. Nice to see a neighborhood place that cares about its customers!

This Dunkin' is generally pretty good, but one time I was given granulated sugar in an Iced Coffee instead of Liquid Cane. Granulated sugar is awful in Iced Coffee.

Parking: It was a small parking lot but we were there in early afternoon so there ŵas many leaving at the same time as arriving.
Im a regular or at least WAS a regular until the managers switched. Every time i would walk into this dunkin and see omar and his lovely staff it would brighten up my day but as i kept comming in i started to notice less and less of the crew that has been working here for years. The new staff here are idiots, constantly messing up food and drinks and the manager acts like he has no idea whats going on. The donuts are stale the muffins are old the bathroom is disgusting the whole place is dirty and the staff is a joke. this place needs to be shut down

The young lady with the red hair does an outstanding job. She is always very efficient, friendly and quick. It is nice to know when I go to DD in Wantagh that the young lady with the red hair is going to deliver my order correctly, swiftly and with a smile. I really appreciate her efforts! She makes my day! THANK
Girl with red hair is extremely rude and unprofessional, cursing at her coworkers and was creating an awkward atmosphere. You don't expect the most professionality at Dunkin but this girl doesn't cut the bare minimum.
