Went in for dinner at 8 pm and greeted with a nasty we close at 9 . I said it’s 8 pm . He said we close at 9. I said okay but if we are still eating will we be able to finish? He said we close at 9 . I said I understand but if we are in the middle of eating what do we do ? Pack up what we are eating and leave? He told me once again in this obnoxious tone ….. we close at 9 . I said I don’t understand you say you are open until 9 it’s 8 pm why is coming in a problem? It should say online they we are open until 7 so we are out by 9 ! I said no problem we will go somewhere else where they actually appreciate customers. Who would think a restaurant would turn away customers at 8 pm on a Saturday evening? The attitude was so disrespectful especially he was telling a regular customer he is going to kick us out even if we are still chewing. I can’t even describe how aggressive he came across repeating the same line over and over with no other explanation as to why we wouldn’t be allowed to finish our dinner when they were due to close in an hour . I think some business owners seem to forget that they are in business because of customers and customer service . It’s my choice my money . It’s not a guarantee that customers return because you exist and treat them disrespectfully . There are many more choices out there to choose from . They aren’t the only game in town and you aren’t doing me a favor by giving me the privilege of allowing me to dine there . I think you have it backwards . . Keep up the good work and continue to chase all of your regular customers away and let’s see how many choose not to return . Maybe take a look around at how other businesses treat their customers. Maybe you were never taught that . In case you aren’t aware people rate customer service and yours is terrible. I could only assume that the same obnoxious behavior radiates throughout the entire establishment.

This is the kind of place that you go back to when you have guests special events or you just want to treat yourself service is great food is delicious I'll be back again and again
We ordered $115 worth of take out tonite… 2 pu pu platters apps were so over cooked yhat you couldnt even eat it and the lettuce in our sushi rolls was rotted. I called manager and all he could do was say sorry and asked if i want to pick up new ones.. sadly we were turned off and didnt want new ones nor did we want to go back out… not a care in the world!

Was shocked at how bad the food and service was. We took my Mom for lunch. The egg rolls were cold, the first waitress stone-faced/rude, the second one was better, but when the food came it was awful. The shrimp were not deveined. We didn't even eat it. We complained. Nothing. No apologies. Will never go there again. This place has fallen bigtime.
