Great food hope they bring back potato watches, potato watches At this location and other ones too and even if there limited time this should still keep them on the menu forever and ever even if you get Guise got enough people and even if the customers go up and down cause that’s totally nuts that’s crazy that you guys got rid of them right now was very silly people really enjoyed their food even keep the Taco Bell stuff on there Burger King McDonald’s stuff that’s good stuff and good food and good feedback

The service is terrible on the night shift, there are some ladies who try Very bad. The customers yell at people as if they were going to hit you. They didn't give me my soda and threw it in front of me. I don't recommend this place at all. They need to hire young people with patience, not bored old people.

The only reason this place is still in business is the location. The service is mediocre to bad, and the staff clearly needs training on paying attention to what's actually in a given order. It's not uncommon to wind up coming home without an item, or an item that got screwed up somehow. The latter is actually what finally made me post a review here; they slathered mayo on something that doesn't even come with it as an option, because I guess the person making it decided all sandwiches need mayo. Meanwhile I find mayo to be repulsive, and would have selected the option to have it removed, but again it's not even supposed to be on the sandwich, so there wasn't even the option to do that. Bumping to 3 stars because they replaced it but still.

This place is horrible, and the manager attitude even worse. She wouldn’t evn giv me her name caus she knew I’m complain. So I sent corporate her picture instead. lol smh

I ordered three pieces of thighs original recipe And an order of mashed potatoes when I got home and open my box The thighs I ordered looks like they came off of pigeon they were so small for the money I was charged I will never ever ever go back to KFC in Wantagh. Not to mention they were dry as a dishwasher towel just terrible looked like they use the fork to give me that small little scoop of mashed potatoes never again!!
