My fried chicken was dry and smelled weird like it has been sitting for a while and the fries were one of the worst fries I've ever tasted I had to throw out the food, and drive down to wendys to get a quick snack.

Yesterday, the team member was rude and refused to give me a refund or replace order First they were giving an attitude my app said order ready at 8:10 pm and when I got there they told me something which I was confused because I'm calling them to make sure there was a lady acting up saying oh she didn't leave and the guy came and said leave to go wait for your food and come back with attitude he acted like he cant say anything just checking his bead when I say thanks. I don't know what they did or not my food tasted so bad even the drink I ordered fries with chicken tenders it tasted nasty the drink tasted nasty maybe they spit in it and I went back there and they closed the window on me he locked the window I knocked they refused to open I saw them inside talking but they didn't take Any action and I was mad I throw out the food in front of their store. It's so frustrating and disappointing. I wasted 13 dollars for nothing. There was a guy who was going to help me he said no, and I locked the window.

Picked up 'Fill-up box' from drive thru for $20. Given wrong dipping sauces. Tenders were overcooked and extremely dry. First time I tried this. Don't think I will again. Concept was good for snacking but quality was not. Sorry.

Started to place an order at Drive-Thru today Saturday August 12th at 2:43pm and came in contact with what I felt was a nasty female drive thru operator. I could hear the irritation in her voice the moment she starts to take my order and condescending at that...So I gave it right back. You give attitude you're going to get attitude. I understand customer service is rough at times and everyone is allowed to have a bad day. Don't like dealing with customers reconsider another position.
Google says open until 11 and I went to the drive thru at 10:30 and theyre closed

So KFC finally offers chicken nuggets! Know what? They're delicious!Minor complaint, they're offered in 8, 12 and 36 piece sizes. 18 or 20 would be welcome!As always, the mashed potatoes were yummy, and the mac and cheese is always solid.

Do not buy from this place. I ordered the take out 16-piece meal but only received 13 pieces! And the quality of the food was poor. One Mac n cheese large side was only half filled.
