Nice looking place. But that's where it ends. Or server couldn't bother asking to refill our coffee. Well done french fries, arrived soggy. The grilled eggplant panini was a big disappointment. There was no flavor, spice or taste. Just one single piece of eggplant warmed up, one small piece of roasted pepper. Not even the grilled flavor. The most bland thing. Terrible. Left it all behind. We couldn't leave quick enough. Needless to say we won't be back.Vegetarian options: The options for vegetarian are there but like I said not much in the way of flavor.

Had my breakfast at the Lighthouse this morning. Just simple eggs, homefries, toast and coffee. You would think "how could a diner mess it up" but it happens all the time at other places I have been to. Never at this place seems like they always get it right. Just a really great diner.
