Easily one of the more tasteful meal prep places. I had the pleasure of trying the wraps. Chicken Caesars was a hit. Place was clean and they had drink options too. Great spot for a healthy food option.

Ordered through Uber eats. The food is ok. Portions are smaller than their competitors. The reason I chose to try them is because they had a promotion going but after I checked out and paid they updated the pricing to charge more with no way of canceling the order. I ordered 5 meals at one time and 2 of my meals had a sell by date of the same day. Overall disappointing and I’ll just stick to healthy meals direct.

Hands down the best meal prep on Long Island. My father is a diabetic and struggles keeping his blood sugar and blood pressure at a normal level. After eating from Long Island Meal Prep his numbers changed for the better significantly. The owner is very attentive and actually cares for his customers. Thank you so much!!
