I was in a jam, just 4 days before my birthday party and the cookies I purchased from one of my regular vendors were awful - sloppy, nothing like what I asked for. I scramble to find another baker and came upon Mama's Custom Cookies - not only were they able to turn the cookies around in record time, but the design was meticulous and the cookies were delicious! There were no rush charges. I've been ordering custom cookies for every holiday, family occasion and party and will only use Mama's Custom Cookies from now on. Highly highly recommend!

I love Mama’s Custom Cookies! My baby’s first birthday cookies were beautiful as expected. I ordered here once before for my baby shower and the cookies were perfect then too! They don’t just look amazing, they actually taste amazing too which isn’t always the case for other places. Their customer service is great, they always respond in a timely manner and make sure they have every detail. I would never go anywhere else. Listen, I don’t say this lightly - these are THE BEST custom cookies on Long Island. Don’t bother going anywhere else. From the attention to customer service to the detail in every cookie, every step was A+/5 stars/10/10/Would Recommend. Not only were the cookies beautiful, they were also tasty. And to top it all off, they are reasonably priced. Too reasonably. I sent the baker a Pinterest photo and she exceeded my expectations!

I Have been using Mama’s Custom Cookies for years. They are by far the easiest to work with. They always make my visions into a reality and always exceed my expectations. The cookies are delicious and the art work is fabulous. Too amazing to eat. I cannot recommend this company enough. I use them multiple times a year and they always come thru and never ever disappoint. There were 8 total orders shipped to different addresses and each of them was received before/on the anticipated date and the customer service was very lovely.
