The manager does a really good job keeping up with the store and trying to keep it as clean as possible, given the circumstances. Great customer service by workers and the yogurt taste great. Just need to get some drinks and fix the bathroom!

running a frozen yogurt shop is one of the easiest things to do. and yet this place still fails to meet the bare minimum standard of a frozen yogurt shop. The flavor signs half of them of which don't exist are all gross hand-drawn and look like a mess.

The yogurt is very sweet and tasteless; it smells like ice cream or milk. There's a lot of artificial coloring. We arrived half an hour before closing time, and they'd already put away the fruit, if they had any at all. The almonds and peanuts were super rancid. What a disappointment. They don't have many flavors to choose from, nothing compared to the quality of Red Mango. It's too expensive, it's a rip-off.

Went to their other location and it’s almost as bad as this one. It used to be good before the owners changed. Gross place, very dirty, machines barely working. Go any where else. They don’t know how to run a proper establishment. Shut them down! Send a health inspector!

I was there but half of the yogurt machines didn't work, I wanted vanilla but there wasn't any, no one pays attention if it's finished, my daughter took different flavors, but then threw it away, it didn't taste fresh, too bad, maybe I'll give them another chance in some time.

what is up with this place? so plain and boring, no drinks in refrigerator, at least 6 yogurt machines out of order , minimal toppings, barely any cups for the yogurt, no signs telling you what the prices are. a couple of young girls running the place with no direction... how is this place still in business? it doesn't deserve 1 star ...

Place is dirty. Went to go put toppings on my yogurt and the amount of flies that moved away made me want to throw up. Would not suggest for anyone to go here

The glass above the toppings was visibly dirty. I don't mean the glass had streaks, I mean there was black clumps of dirt/dust on top of the glass. I assume it's falling off of the light fixtures above it which were also visibly dusty. I noticed 7 flavors were out of order. I get that it's the "off season" for ice cream, but ice cream is all they sell so do they really have an off season? I came here a few months ago at the end of the summer with my 2 sons and I was hoping it would be better this time. I was wrong. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we come here.
My teenager learned that when you're not happy with a place it is ok to walk out. Walked in and found they had 4 flavors "working" two of which we def would not want. We were going to settle and start with vanilla... It came out mostly melted then just stopped after a table spoon amount of melted froyo came out. There was no body behind the counter. The girl that was was on her phone when we walked in, didn't even look up to greet, then disappeared. I threw out the cup and walked out. Had a milk and bleach smell to it as if wiping with a dirty rag all day. We went to swirlz world instead in Merrick.

I called to ask about allergens. Unfortunately the employee doesn’t know what dairy free means. She told me 5 flavors that were gluten free. Then she corrected and told me a different flavor (only 8) and when I asked for ingredients, she said she doesn’t have a list. Then she found the list and it contained yogurt, non-fat milk and whey so clearly has dairy. Truly dangerous. I will never go there

Used to be a nice CLEAN place. Now it's manned by disinterested teenagers. 2 machines out of order , stickey floors, unstocked cups filthy tables, and enough flies to make a National Geographic documentary. The kid disappeared for 15 minutes and spent the rest of the time on his cell phone. Definitely won't be coming back.
