I walked in on Sunday at 9:22pm. it says they close at 10pm on Sundays on google. When I walked in the 2 girls working apologized and told me they’re closed and that they “just mopped”. So do you close at 10pm or 9:22pm? Anyways, definitely won’t be visiting this location again.

As soon as I walked in, I knew I should have left. You can’t help but to notice all the food on the floor and how sticky it was when walking on it. I was skeptical, but still got the vanilla chocolate twirl. When I paid two young kids were just sitting there on their phone and one actually coughed right over my yogurt. I paid for it and just threw it out. The I will never step foot in that place again. I want my $6 back. What a waste of money.

When I first walked in there was a stain on the floor and no caution sign and I almost slipped an employee was on her phone behind the register when I went to get my frozen yogurt it came out icey and thick and looked disgusting so I tried a different flavor and it literally came out black it was so disgusting that I had to

Tuesday October 3rd, 2023Absolute FILTH! My family and I just visited for the first time and will never return. Upon entry, young high school kids who are working the counter completely ignored us and were fooling around on their phones. Directly next to the self serve cups was weird liquid in a smaller plastic cup and had both insects and flies all over it. I literally got nauseous. When I questioned what is was *and why it is directly next to customer cups, I was told it was to prevent the fruit flies from going on the toppings .. huh, really??.. YOU HAVE FLIES AND BUGS swarming all over the counter next the the yogurt cups. She then said sarcastically “but thanks for letting us know”. The place was warm and dirty (no air at all). The toppings station is very messy and most of the toppings were sweating from the interior warm temp. And this is a cool October evening (not hot summer). Prior to writing this, I noticed previous reviews (from weeks ago) referring to the discussing flies and lack of air in the place and saw the “owner’s response” mentioned it would be handled immediately. Obviously, there has been no changes from previous similar experiences. My wife and I lost interest and did not get frozen yogurt. My son went with the pumpkin spice and we immediately tossed it in the trash as it came out with freezer burn. The owner needs to do better!

First and last time.1st the store itself is warm2nd there are fruit flies and traps all over especially by the toppings - assume your getting some extra protein with your yogurt.3rd the soft serve is at its minimal freezing point. We live 5 min away and the yogurt didn’t make it w/o melting all the way.

The only 8 is a must have if youre trying to be a bit more health conscious. You can scoop your own toppings, and all the flavors ive tried are delicous. Its no more expensive then going to cold stone but much better for me.

The yogurt flavors they have here are amazing. From their gelatos to the sorbets and even their only 8 healthy options, I could never complain. The workers here are incredible and honestly a reason I enjoy coming even when having a bad day. They are always willing to hold a conversation and are very responsible and respectful. When something goes wrong (almost never) they are always so willing to help and fix the issue no matter what It takes. I will continue coming here always and forever and the pricing seems to be very fair and you pay for what you get so could seem to be very worth it.

I love all the yougurts at moolala and i think it is the cleanest place ive ever seen. the coustmer service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. my favorite employee is the one with the long brown hair she is always very welcoming and the place is always the cleanest when she is there. they have a very big select of yougurt s and the only 8 ones are my favorite I with you guys can get a gram cracker flavor. But this is my fAn froyo place I hate Tcby and swrilz and twirls.

WOW, don't even get me started. Coming to moolala has officially became a habit for me. The place is always so clean and it smells amazing. The employees there are always so willing to help and actually know their facts. I have been to a bunch of other froyo shops in the past but I would never trade Moolala froyo. My kids love coming here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a refreshing treat and a great experience. They have so much toppings and flavors to choose from and have a variety of low carb, dairy free, gluten free, vegan and many more options. The store inside is very cute and cleanliness is insane. I will continue coming here and I suggest everyone gives this place a try!!!
