Shrimp scampi was ok but didn't hold up to the reviews I saw. It was very bland and the pasta was sitting in what looked like chicken broth. My husband said the ahi was very good.
We've been coming to New Wave Seafood for years. My favorite item on the menu is the fried shrimp boat. The shrimp are crunchy and delicious and taste exactly the same every single time we come here and the tartar sauce great! Their Sangria is delicious as well. You can buy it by the glass or the picture. They have a full fresh, seafood store up front where you can purchase items to take home and cook yourself or even prepared meals. As the fish was fresh but dressing was too bland I’ve had a mango dressing before that had much more taste than the one I had here when I was asked how everything was as I was paying , I started to mention this and was rudely cut off as if I was totally unimportant.
