Ordered 3 burgers the first was a chicken smash with no tomato and fried the other two were originals with everything on it. Am the chicken smash came with pickles and tomato’s even though pickles aren’t listed, and no fries. One of the classics came with everything on it and fries?? the second came with nothing but an overload of mayo! Service was pretty disappointing. The chicken sandwich was redone. No vouchers or refunds were offered. Disappointing.

They’re always so kind at this location. I love it. The food? TOP TIER. Everything’s always clean and the staff is always there when we need them. Music is really hood too and also love how they’re always so attentive to my requests. 😊
I’ve been going to the Wantagh Smashburger for years with no issues. Tonight I ordered a double bacon , no bun with Swiss cheese. The patties seemed welded together with cheese that was burnt beyond recognition, it looked like a tortilla chip before I realized it was cheese that had been nuked.

I was greeted by I am guessing the manager. The store had one other table being used. Granted, the lunch crowd was over. The food was fresh and hot.
