Acai is an antioxidant-packed superfruit native to the Amazon rainforest. Here at SoBol, we blend frozen acai berries, strawberries and bananas to make a thick fruit puree. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola. (Contains cashews and almonds) The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and a drizzle of honey. All granola options contain unsulphured coconut.

Wow I just came here for the first time and got the loaded Belgian waffle....it was sooooooo good, I couldn't believe it. I will definitely be coming back. It's probably not the healthiest thing there. I don't know how they make it but no worries I really enjoyed it.

First Google maps took me to the Smashburger on the corner. Sobol is about six stores down from the map pin.We were looking for someone healthy and this chain came up. The Green Bowl was delicious but the large was too big. My date had the Waffle Package (Fresh hot Belgian waffle topped with your choice of blend, and strawberry, blueberry, banana, coconut, and honey) and loved it. The staff was friendly and helped with directions when we arrived at the strip mall. I will go back...

We got a gift card to go here. We hadn't been here until today. Great experience, the acai bowl was light and tasty, not too sweet and very refreshing. The staff was helpful and attentive. We'll be back.
