Every time I order a sandwich ahead it comes out 20 minutes later and cold on the inside.

TERRIBLE customer service… waited 15+ minutes for one simple grande drink and then slammed the door in my face when i asked for a straw

I always come to this Starbucks. Why did the drive through take 20 minutes today just to get to the WINDOW. The line was not as long as I know it can be at this location. Not sure the reason for moving so slow but it is becoming a consistent pattern.

I never post about big companies like Starbucks. I actually never visit them in the city, but whenever I’m on Long Island I always come to this specific store because the people are so friendly and attentive, the place is super clean and they are FAST! I cannot say enough about the staff there. Always with a smile, and always willing to answer all my questions (I have several food allergies) 🤣 If you’re on Long Island and you want good coffee made by friendly people who are quick, go there!! You’ll thank me later ;)

Always a huge line inside as well as out, never enough help or employees capable of handling a rush. $10 for a coffee and wait 15 minutes ? Rude

Aren’t drive tru’s are for faster service I think it’s nuts to wait 30 mins on line for a coffee. And when you get to the window the workers are unfriendly are they slowing down for a reason ?

Staff was friendly here on Wed 11/19 noon-1:30 ish.

Liked how there were enough tables/outlets and that the district mgr and her staff were all attentive, normal and caring. It’s not like that at a lot of places now. Will come back!

Spilled coffee and the employees acted like they had no clue what was going on. Had to order my drink again and pay for it twice. Zero help or acknowledgment.

Currently on a quest to find the best caramel ribbon crunch frap. Spencer is currently top ranking. Really great attitude from him, hats off to the team there at the moment

They will not give you a cup of tap water without “purchasing something of value.”Never heard of a restaurant or coffee shop that won’t give you WATER. It wasn’t even for a person it was literally for my dog and the barista at the register still said no on a 90 degree day.

Food usually comes out good& place is usually clean but pray you don’t ever have any issues with your order because this location seriously lacks any kind of customer service skills!
