Line at drive thru moves well and food is consistent. However service inside is lousy, un attentive and no communication.

we were sitting at the window for like 7 minutes waiting for our food. when the cashier opened the window they didnt say a single word to us, and we just see them sitting on their food with an airpod in. youre handling our food, your phone is probably filthy. we ordered 3 cups of nacho cheese and they forgot one. and our food is cold. whyd we wait 7 minutes for it if they barely cooked it?

The associates act as if they don’t understand English. And it takes 30 mins just to get your order. They don’t want to assist if you need help with the machines and act as if you being there is a problem for them….

When asked to put beans in my nacho bell grande recived it with beef inside. I am Muslim and cannot eat meat so it is a problem that I recived meat in my food.

Every thing is good except the person who is taking orders and person who is packing orders both have some big issues mostly when I order I pay full but get 70% items or if I go walk through they don't understand the difference between spicy potato soft tacos the give soft beef tacos this time I decide to go back why should I lose every time the guy I nice he apologies but the woman ?? who is making orders she have big problem she sai She is really busy I have to wait for awhile BUT to day is mother day they are not that busy but pissed?? ?? ? I don't understand Why "Hey lady you are working for your self not special came out bed for me "!!!!!!
