Super convenient but they almost never get my crunchwrap right. I ask for no sour cream and no naco cheese and no tomatoes and I ask to add refried beans and they always remove the beef.

This was the first time I've eaten taco bell ( or as i.like to call it, Taco Hell) and I was actually impressed. It tastes so much better than I remembered. Definately hit the spot. The one on wantagh ave.in Levittown is the best.

What you would normally expect from a fast food restaurant. The food is free and well made. The only issue I've ever had was with a drive-thru order was when they left out an order of guacamole and sour cream. Every other time, my order has been correct.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

The Lady at the counter saw me and had me wait then when I ordered the box with the good food she said they don't have it so I just had 3 hard shell tacos,I would try another taco spot.

I've ordered from here numerous times on uber eats and every time my order was wrong. Most of the time it was the most expensive items that were left out. Its not uber eata fault, its tsco bells fault. Honestly this place is a waste of money and even when I go through the drive through, the cashier is always mean.

First, let me start off by saying I wish to remain anonymous. The drive thru cashier tonight (3/17/23) was incredibly rude. I showed her my phone with my mobile order and she would not give me what I had ordered, because she could not find it in the system. Mind you, I used to work at this location. 3 1/2 years. Proper protocol is to tell the customer the names we have available on the screen to see if any may match. Second, get your manager if you need help or when the customer asks for one. In this case, I did ask and she would not get the manager. She kept messing the name of my mobile order up as well, saying other random names, and her behavior was all over the place. I also had mentioned I knew the manager there because I used to be employed there. Her response was simply “who do you know?” instead of getting the manager when I asked several times. Again, very rude. This location has gone so downhill since I’ve left in 2021. It’s sad because I was working full time there and all the customers loved me, because I actually provided them with great customer service. I loved my job. I quit because the place started changing for the worse, ESPECIALLY after the owner fired the last General Manager. Don’t even get me started on how the dining room is always a mess now, cups and straws are never restocked, and customers simply get ignored and are forced to order via kiosk. I really did care about the place because it was my first job, and it gave me satisfaction by allowing me to provide quality service to others. I knew customers by name. Met so many people there. Had so many memories there. I hope this place starts picking up.
