We’ve been loyal customers for over 15 years now. After tonight, not anymore. The quality has dropped over the years, but we still kept coming. This evening we made our reservation. When we arrived you tried to seat us at the bar. After we said we’re not sitting at the bar since we made a reservation you made us wait 20+ minutes for a table. Once we sat we waited over another 20 minutes for anyone to even ask us if we wanted a drink. We ordered with our drinks because it was obvious the service would not be quick. We waited over an hour for our food. The tables to our left and right sat after us, ordered after us and still ate, paid , and left before we did. After asking (very politely) when our food would be ready 3 times it finally showed up. My wife ordered a medium steak which came out blue rare, I ordered medium-well which came out rare (not eatable, we split mine). We actually had to chase the waiter down for a second drink after our drinks were dry for a half hour. Very sad to see this is what has become of a local staple. I’m sure Vincent’s will be happy to welcome in the loyal customers that you are treating this way! Shameful!

the last time we ate at Thom Thom our service was terrible. My main complaint then seemed to be lack of staff relative to the amount of customers. tonight we had the SAME waiter as last time, and the service was very good. There was definitely more help in the dining room and even though the crowd was larger today service was very good. Helpful and you could always get someone to refill water, or if you had a question. Food quality and presentation has always been very good, so, given the better service, I was pleasantly pleased.

We made an early reservation and everything was great. The service was really good, the food tasty and atmosphere just right for conversing with my fellow guests. Hats off to the waiter who always showed up when you needed or wanted something.

Very nice dinner date ....the shrimp and sweet potato risotto and Chilean sea bass were excellent....very tasty dessert, blueberry crisp with vanilla ice cream...waitress was courteous and efficient.....overall, a very pleasant evening of dining.

For a slow night, would think the staff might have been more motivated to be focused on service and food quality. Steak was cooked incorrectly. Forgot one of the side dishes altogether. They fixed these issues, but on more than one occasion, we were searching for our server. Probably won't be back as this was the second time we tried there. Sorry.

Sushi, sweet potato risotto and grilled shrimp were a bit bland. Service was great considering there was one server for entire floor. Restaurant needs a bit of sprucing up. Starting to look a little worn out.

We have eaten so many dinners and celebrated many birthdays at Thom Thom. The filet mignon was delicious and perfectly cooked. My issue is charging $3.99 to have the mushroom risotto instead of the mashed potato. The risotto is a side for all fish dishes so seems ridiculous to up charge like that.
Outstanding as usual. First the Hostess went out of her way to get us a booth to dine which we requested when we arrived. When our drinks came, no rushing for our orders, just enjoy. The Skirt steak and The Sushi dinners were delicious. Always a pleasure to dine here.

We enjoy going to ThomThom. Everyone is vey pleasant and happy that you are there. We were in fact a bit late for our reservation and were wondering if we would lose our place. The hostess was so lovely and sat us down immediately. My French martini was by far one of the best I've had. The grilled romaine salad so refreshing and delicious. Th same goes for my teriyaki chicken and shrimp combination. It as a huge portion so I couldn't finish it. My husband had skirt steak and a lobster tail that he thoroughly enjoyed. ThomThom is a WinWin!
Four of us dined. Three meals were good. One meal was bad - told waitress, management took 50% off the bad meal. We like this restaurant, but live music was too loud. Told waitress and they reduced volume but still slightly too loud. Liked our waitress. Friendly and attentive.

we ate there on a tuesday nite...made a reservation, but honestly didnt need it. We ended up sitting at the bar where the bartender was great, friendly answered questions about which wines we should try. food was great...shrimp taco appetizer...tuna entree was incredible...and seafood paella with just shrimp scallops and chorizo...
