Dining room was half empty and service was poor. One of us ordered a drink which took 20 minutes to arrive. Order for dinner taken after 25 minutes. after one of us used the downstairs restroom we realized that there was a large private party in a separate room. A simple explanation that there was a large party as the reason for the delays and an offer of a comped dessert would have been nice. While food was good we won't be back.

Food is always awesome, service is great. The Manager Kai (I think) is always walking around making sure everyone is good and happy. Such a nice fun guy. Would recommend to anyone for sushi and steaks!!

We had a generally positive experience at the restaurant. The appetizers and main courses were delicious, though we had to send the filet back initially. Fortunately, the replacement was cooked perfectly to order. The only off-putting aspect was the sticky floors throughout the space, including the steps leading to the bathrooms.

After recently rediscovering Thom Thom, we try to go as often as possible. Many options-something for everyone. While everything I've eaten there has been delicious, my go-to is the sushi. Fresh and flavorful. The service is attentive and Kai makes an effort to check on each table personally. Love this place!

We’ve been loyal customers for over 15 years now. After tonight, not anymore. The quality has dropped over the years, but we still kept coming. This evening we made our reservation. When we arrived you tried to seat us at the bar. After we said we’re not sitting at the bar since we made a reservation you made us wait 20+ minutes for a table. Once we sat we waited over another 20 minutes for anyone to even ask us if we wanted a drink. We ordered with our drinks because it was obvious the service would not be quick. We waited over an hour for our food. The tables to our left and right sat after us, ordered after us and still ate, paid , and left before we did. After asking (very politely) when our food would be ready 3 times it finally showed up. My wife ordered a medium steak which came out blue rare, I ordered medium-well which came out rare (not eatable, we split mine). We actually had to chase the waiter down for a second drink after our drinks were dry for a half hour. Very sad to see this is what has become of a local staple. I’m sure Vincent’s will be happy to welcome in the loyal customers that you are treating this way! Shameful!

the last time we ate at Thom Thom our service was terrible. My main complaint then seemed to be lack of staff relative to the amount of customers. tonight we had the SAME waiter as last time, and the service was very good. There was definitely more help in the dining room and even though the crowd was larger today service was very good. Helpful and you could always get someone to refill water, or if you had a question. Food quality and presentation has always been very good, so, given the better service, I was pleasantly pleased.

We made an early reservation and everything was great. The service was really good, the food tasty and atmosphere just right for conversing with my fellow guests. Hats off to the waiter who always showed up when you needed or wanted something.

Very nice dinner date ....the shrimp and sweet potato risotto and Chilean sea bass were excellent....very tasty dessert, blueberry crisp with vanilla ice cream...waitress was courteous and efficient.....overall, a very pleasant evening of dining.
