I love this place. They have really good and fresh bagels 🥯 and every flavor you can imagine . Lots of different cream cheese options. Coffe, juice cookies, muffins etc . Highly recommended

For $11 I expected them to know the ratio of cheese to egg to sausage on a SEC but no they drowned me in cheddar cheese and everything else was cold and MID. The quality of this place goes down every year I used to love town bagel.

I'm visiting Long Island for work and was told I must try a bagel while I'm up here. Town Bagel was recommended specifically and I'll tell you... It was the best bagel I've ever had. I didn't actually know a bagel could taste better than what you'd expect from a grocery store. But these were phenomenal. Be sure to ask for it to be roasted. Simply delicious.

really enjoy this place but unfortunately I will not be returning after this morning. I went there when they opened up around 5 AM. Got a few bagels with cream cheese and bacon egg and cheese waited 20 minutes. Was given a terrible attitude, Kept saying oh my god When I was putting in my order because she didn’t want to get my food.. I understand I was early and their first customer this morning, but if you’re not ready, maybe change your work hours if you still need to set up.. egg sandwich was gross and they burnt my muffin on the grill with butter

Staff is horrible. Have had to go back to return egg sandwiches they have made wrong way too many times. Today was the first day there was no time to go back so a very expensive egg sandwich had to go in the garbage because they don't hire or train people to speak basic English that they need to do the job. Constantly getting wrong types bagels or wrong cheese on my sandwich. Wait is always extremely long also. Only reason not giving 1 star is because even though they are no Brooklyn bagels for LI the bagels are good
