$4.78 for a bagel with cream cheese and there is barely any cream cheese on it. I’ve been going here from time to time and the price is never the same and the last few times there is barely any cream cheese. Way too over priced

I've been going here for the past few months. Every time I go, I get the same thing. There could never be a time where I order and get what I asked for. I'm never charged the same price, always different everyday it's like the workers' charger what they want. Also they be behind the counter knowing there is a line and still won't ask who is next or wht is the order ridiculous mess of a dinner.

Great quality bagels... I thought I had to go to queens for this kind of bagel. Danny the owner provided a buffet spread for an event I had last Saturday and could not of made me happier. Quality place and I have tried many other nearby places to compare and Town bagel is the best hands down! Danny really appreciates the community that is his main source of business.Very smart business man.

Stopped in because it was on my way...my other reviews were bad. Placed my order, paid for my order, got home and only half the order was in the bag. You guys suck.

AVOID THIS TOWN BAGEL. GO TO THE ONE IN BELLMOREI have been going to Town Bagel since 2014 (mainly the one in Bellmore because I used to work right across the street. It was so good I would drive from Brentwood to Bellmore just for my breakfast sandwich. So naturally when I moved right down the road from the Wantagh location, I was excited.Not ONCE have they gotten my order right. They refuse to toast a bagel even when repeatedly asking over the phone to do so, bacon is almost never crispy like asked, and egg tastes like they never season it (like asked when we order). Regardless, there are ALWAYS multiple problems with my order. I've spoken to the manager (Danny) more times than any other food establishment and I've been given credit when they make mistakes, and the mistakes STILL HAPPENED. This morning I placed an order for an extra toasted bagel with cream cheese, asked them FOUR TIMES OVER THE PHONE. Even said "well done" and it was barely toasted. They CANNOT get right any food order right. it's sad.AVOID THIS TOWN BAGEL. GO TO THE ONE IN BELLMORE. THEY CANNOT GET ANYTHING RIGHT. Please fire Danny and get a manager capable of holding his team accountable. No one cares when you call, there is no customer service. When you tell them it's wrong they sigh and drag their feet and after a while, the manager magically seems to never be there to respond to complaints. He hides because he knows his staff and customer service are weak. It's truly disappointing after loving their food so much, they can't even toast a piece of bread correctly. I will gladly drive to the Bellmore location.

I got a bacon egg and cheese on an egg bagel and it was fire. Bacon was cooked perfectly and so was the bagel. Surprised about the low stars on here with how enjoyable my experience was.
