I’ve been coming here since my first slice in Franklin Square in the 90’s. Today They burned my Sicilian slice on the bottom to the point it was black and crunchy and dried out. I asked them to replace it and the cook told me it looked ok to him. I expected him to say something like no problem . But no he continued to make comments as he gave me another slice. How about the Customer is always right? Sorry you’re not happy? I let him know I didn’t appreciate his comments...read full review
