When my husband and I walked in we weren't greeted bc the two women were having their own discussion, I actually said hello to them first. We had a reservation and still had to wait when more than half the tables were available. The wait staff were amazing and the ambience was beautiful with all the flowers. The food was extremely bland and the band was too loud. We won't be going there again but the one thing that really turned us off was as the initial “greeting.” Customer service is essential and how people are greeted can make or break an experience!

As a returning customer, everything was consistent which is crucial in the restaurant business. Wife and son ordered Filet Mignon medium. One was cooked perfectly and one was a bit underdone. I went a different route and ordered the Shrimp & Scallops Florentine with Linguine and it was excellent and filling.

We absolutely love coming here—especially for burger night! The food is consistently amazing, and the burgers are hands-down the best around. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. The service is just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. Special shoutout to Andrea—she's fantastic! Always cheerful and makes us feel right at home. It's become our go-to spot for a delicious meal and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Sadly my experience was not so great. Took literally forever for my food to come. Ordered baked clams as an appetizer and they were like the ones you buy at stop n shop. Pure breadcrumbs with a few clam pieces. Then I waited another year and finally was told my meal was coming. When it came it was not what I ordered. Then I had to wait again for the correct order. The steak came out (the most expensive one then menu) and it was tough and completely filled with fat and hard pieces. The Bartender was a really nice guy though. 5 stars for that man because he was clearly overworked. The mash potatoes were really good though. However that doesn’t cut it when you spend hundreds of dollars.

I went there to get a gift card for a gift, on the website said they open at 12 pm, walked into the restaurant at 1 pm, no one there to help me, waited for 10 minutes, still no one, so I left, unfortunately I went to A&G in garden City. Sorry but your loss.
