Rude people. Order always ends up wrong. You are better off going to the Mcdonalds down the street or another Wendy’s cause this aint it. This place needs a new manager.

Tables chairs and floors dirty. Self serve soda machine dirty, sticky and smells like old dried syrup which is all over it. Self serve ketchup pumps always empty and they don't give you packets unless you go back up to wait and ask.

Was completely ignored inside at counter waiting to order. Tried to get their attention twice but no one responded.They were only concerned with the drive thru. 5-6people rushing around. You would think the drive thru was busy..NO IT WASN'T, not for the way they were running around. Went to smashburger down the block. Hamburgers were pretty good.Worth going back! Wendy's just lost a long time customer. Like they will even care!!

Went to the drive up and tried to order the buy 1 get 1 special but the girl refused. She kept insisting I had to buy 2 sandwiches to get something free. I told her there was a big poster on the window but she refused to listen and I gave up. I don't know if it's poor training or Communication But it's just an added unnecessary frustration.

I tried the chicken ranch wrap & it was pretty darn good! Lots of chicken breast strips! Also had chocolate cold brew coffee! Loved it!
