We've been there several times over the years and had really pleasant experiences. Last night was likely an outlier. The outside deck was packed and we were offered the last open table. Server came over with water and glasses fairly quickly and asked us to scan the QR code for full menu. After what seemed a longer than normal time passed and a server didn't come to out table nor let us know they will be there shortly, my wife went inside to let them know. Our wine was very good. The server didnt refill out water glasses even though they were empty when she served the wine. We couldn't get a server's attention in order to pay and a customer who helped the wait staff come over to ask us what we needed. When the bill came it had a mistake of $3. She seemed reluctant to correct it and asked if we could lower our tip by that overcharge. I asked her to correct it. As a former server in my younger days, I hated to do what I did. I didnt leave a tip as I felt we were neglected and not treated as well as the other guests who had servers buzzing by their tables. I do want to come back as I feel this was certainly an outlier as our past experiences have been very good.

They hosted my wife’s 30th on the second floor and couldn’t for a better experience. The food was incredible along with extremely tentative staff. Been coming here for years and will continue to.

Wonderful dinner here, with a delicious flat-bread and a couple of beautiful wines from their interesting & diverse list.
Staff was super friendly & attentive despite it being a really busy Friday night, and the live music was a real treat too. Already looking forward to another turn here on my next trip thru WF!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff, food, the entertainment and atmosphere - even the company at the surrounding tables were awesome! The waitstaff was beyond kind, knowledgeable and so patient with our wine selection decisions and we were all happy :)

Found this spot during covid because they were open and werent shoving all the mandates down your throat. Came here often and always had a good time. Service and selection are always great.

I here came last night for a surprise party with about 20 people in the upstairs area. The space is lovely, and there is a gorgeous balcony view of the river. The service was fantastic- we had a big group, and Melanie, Missy, Mia and Veronica took care of us. They were so fun and friendly, have so much wine knowledge, and had perfect timing- lol never had to wait around or have to try and flag someone over. I had a really great time and will definitely be back. The live music was great- no so overpowering you can't have a conversation, but great musicians and nice to listen. Over all, it is a great place to have a party or gathering. I highly recommend it!
