When I have gone in to pick up my pizza, everyone has always been very welcoming.The store has ample parking, and has handicap accessible parking and seating.Also the bathroom is handicap accessible and very clean.Kid-friendliness: They have countertop that has steps so little children can see the pizza being made. Nice.

was told that the wappinger location no longer deliver to my address anymore. They have been delivering for years prior. Spoke to a manager at another location (Fishkill,NY) and he verified that they do deliver here and for me to call back the Wappinger Falls,NY location and tell them I spoke to the manager. The Wappingers location stated they work here and they know where they deliver to and hung up. I'm in their system and they have delivered to me many times before. A cooperate email has been sent. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
