Dosa Grill Wappinger, now called Flavors of India after renovations, is a hidden gem serving authentic Indian cuisine. The food is brilliant, fresh, and full of authentic flavor, made with care and quality ingredients. Customers enjoyed the lunch Thali (meaning platter) with chicken, which offered a fare superior amount of food, quality, and price. The chicken korma was so tasty, and the chicken tikka masala and chicken makhani were absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with creamy, well-spiced sauces. The rava masala dosa, Mysore masala dosa, and chana bhatura were also excellent. On a cold day, the shrimp soup was very delicious and hit the spot. The garlic naan and butter naan were perfect. The service is super good, professional, and helpful, with staff who are kind, hospitable, nice, and welcoming. The atmosphere inside is comfortable, and the service is attentive. Dosa Grill is a must-visit for authentic South Indian food with the friendliest service in Dutchess County.
